There are several interesting websites that relate to Railroading History.  We've listed a few:

Logging Railroads of North America includes a state by state listing.

The Railroad Station Historical Society has a state by state listing of existing and "extinct"  stations along with more information.  Check the New Hampshire page for some in the White Mountain area.

Interested in Steam Engines?  Several  survive in NH, and some are right in this neighborhood.

If you just like train pictures, North East Rails, this site will keep you busy.

Sites of Interest in the Lincoln and Woodstock Area:

Don't miss Clark's Trading Post-trained bears, train rides, and several of the surviving Logging Railroad engines and other pieces of equipment.  A full day of fun for the whole family.

White Mountain Attractions advertises itself as the Official site for the White Mountains.  Check it out-there's much of interest.

The Lincoln Public Library has books and videos, plus computers available to the public.

The Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce has even more stuff than you'd expect from a Chamber of Commerce.  Take a look.
